Here you can inform yourself about our cottages for rent. We dispose five beautiful cottages, called Utsikten, Höjden, Timmerhöjden, Tallparken 1 and Tallparken 2. There is more to read more about them below. At Frössvik Åsunden there are another two very beautiful cottages with view to the lake

Utsikten



The cottage Utsikten is one of our biggest cottages with an area of 210 square metres and beautiful located with view over the lake. The cottage has space for 8 people during a weekly renting, but there is even space for 14 people by rental for companies and groups. If a company or larger group want to visit us, this would be a perfect housing.

The cottage has sea view and is located 40 metres from the shore. Near to the Sauna and sauna poles.

Bedrooms
On the upper floor there are two dormitories with six bunk bed and two sofa beds. The bottom part of the bunk bed is 105 x 200 cm and the upper part is 90 x 200 cm. A charge for loan of sheets will be added. (See for others)

Hot and cold water, electric heating, stove, kitchen, electric stove, hotplate, sink unit, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen equipment for 8 people, 2 toilets, shower (on the upper floor), 2 washbasins, TV, radio, cd - player, patio / terrace with roof, garden furniture, grill and an in built terrace with beautiful view to the lake

Others
During the weekly renting out, the conference room is closed. The cottage has a big dining room with stove and all- purpose room divided in two parts.

Höjden


This cottage is new built and ready for letting out from March 2007. The cottage has an area of 100 square metres and two terraces of 25x 25 square metres with a lovely view to the lake. This cottage is located on a hillock and without insight.

Distance from the cottage to the lake is 100 metres. There is a good bathing and fishing. In this lake you can fish pike and perch. 200 metres away from the cottage there is another lake where you can fish rainbow trout.

Furnishing
Hot and cold water, electric heating, electric stove, hotplate, 2 oven, sink unit, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toilet, stove, shower (on the ground floor, 1 washbasin, TV-dvd, and cd-player.

In front of the cottage there is a big terrace with roof, garden furniture and a grill. One has an excellent view over the lake Stora Bjärn.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 with 4 single beds (two of them cam be maid to a double bed).
Bedroom 2 with 4 single beds (two of them cam be maid to a double bed)

The cottage has two living rooms with comfortable furniture, of which one is a sofa bed. At the lake you will also find a sauna and a sauna pole (whirl pool outside)

Weekly rental
For maximum 8 people
Charge 6850 SEK for 1-6 people. Are there are more than 6 people a charge of 280 SEK per person will be added.

Timmerhöjden


The house Timmerhöjden is situated close to the water and to the right of the courtyard It has a wonderful view to the. Distance from here to the shore, is about 20 metres and a safe bathing for children.

In the house Timmerhöjden there is a dining room with separate living room and stove.

The cottage has an area of 52 square metres and space for up to 6 people. There is a double bed and a loft for 4 people.

Hot and cold water, electric heating, stove, kitchen, sink unit, hotplate, oven, microwave fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kitchen equipment for 6 people, toilet, shower cabinet, washbasin, TV, patio with roof, garden furniture and grill.

Charge 5850 SEK per week.

Renting out from Saturday with arrival after 13.00 until next Saturday with depart before 12.00.

Tallparken 1


Talbacken 1 is the highest house seen from below and is beautiful situated above the houses Timmerhöjden and Usikten. It is situated on a hill with view through the forest to the lake.

The house has an area of 40 square metres and has space for 5 people. There is a double bed and a loft for 3 people.

Hot and cold water, electric heating, stove, kitchen, sink unit, hotplate, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kitchen equipment for 5 people, toilet, shower cabinet, washbasin, TV, patio with roof, garden furniture and grill.

Charge 3750 SEK per week.

Tallparken 2


The house Tallparken 2 is the building on the left hand seen from below, beautiful situated above the houses Timerhöjden and Utsikten. It is situated on a hill with view through the forest to the lake.

The house has an area of 45 square metres and has space for 7 people. There is one room with two bunk beds and a loft for 3 people.

Hot and cold water, electric heating, stove, kitchen, sink unit, hotplate, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kitchen equipment for 7 people, toilet, shower cabinet, washbasin, TV, patio with roof, garden furniture and grill.

Frösvik Åsunden

Frösstugan


This is a big house has an area of 220 square metres and offers space for 8 people. The cottage is beautiful surrounded by a beautiful nature close to the boarder to Östergötland and Småland and 200 metres from the large lake Åsunden. The cottage is new renovated and is located on the outskirts of a little village.

Furnishing
The cottage is equipped with hot and cold water, electric heating, toilet and shower. The kitchen is entire new built. There is a stove with oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, and of course glasses, china, set of knife, fork and spoon and pans. In the living room there are comfortable furniture and a TV.

The cottage has three bed room with two single beds in each room, which could be put together to double beds and one bed room with a bunk bed. In front of the cottage there are a grill and garden furniture.

The distance to the large lake Åsunden with a big landing stage, a little bathing place and boats, that one can hire, is 200 metres. Here you can fish as pike, perch, pike perch, eel, vendace, burbot, bream and tench et cetera.

Fishing card requires. Please note that fishing is allowed only for household!

Around the houses there is a beautiful surrounding, like hills, valleys, forests, meadows and a large lake with many small lovely islands. Close to Astrid Lindgrens world. Distance 45 km.

Magasinet


This house has been renovated and was ready for renting out at the season in 2007. This has earlier been a corn storehouse, where one stored up feed for cows and horses.

The cottage is beautiful surrounded by a beautiful nature close to the boarder to Östergötland and Småland and 200 metres from the large lake Åsunden and situated on the outskirts of a little village.

The cottage has two floors and an area of 100 square metres. It is fully equipped with hot and cold water, electric heating, toilet and shower. The kitchen is entire new built. There is a stove with oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, and of course glasses, china, set of knife, fork and spoon and pans. In the living room there are comfortable furniture and a TV for genial evenings.

There are three bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room that could be put together to double beds.

In front of the cottage there is a terrace with roof, garden furniture and grill.

The distance to the large lake Åsunden with a big landing stage, a little bathing place and boats that one can hire, is 200 metres. Here you can fish as pike, perch, pike perch, eel, vendace, burbot, bream and tench et cetera.

There is an opportunity of hiring bed cloth and towels. Charge 90 SEK per set. Can be ordered by booking.

The sauna and wooden fired pole is available at the shore and can be booked by us.
Charge for the sauna 200 SEK per evening
Charge for the sauna pole 700 SEK per evening.

Please not that this does not apply for the houses Magasinet and Frösstugan, because these are situated more than 30 km from the plant.

Fishing

Nysjöns Ädelfiske is located about 200 metres from the houses and lake Stora Bjärn 80 metres, where you can fish pike and perch among others.
